Beschrijving
Sommige Porsches zijn vanaf het begin gemaakt met een duidelijke bedoeling. De Cayman R is daar een goed voorbeeld van. Lichtgewicht, handgeschakeld en volledig gericht op rijbeleving, zonder opsmuk. Dit is een auto voor de liefhebber die begrijpt waar Porsche groot mee is geworden: balans, feedback en mechanische puurheid.
Het exemplaar dat wij aanbieden is een origineel Nederlands geleverde Cayman R, met een volledig bekende en aantoonbare onderhoudshistorie. De auto heeft zijn eerste jaren gereden op diplomatenkenteken, wat de latere tenaamstelling op een regulier Nederlands kenteken verklaart. De Cayman R is in zijn hele bestaan zorgvuldig behandeld, wat vandaag de dag nog steeds zichtbaar is in de staat waarin hij verkeert.
De Cayman R verkeert in zeer goede conditie. Zowel optisch als technisch maakt hij een verzorgde en eerlijke indruk. In april 2023 is de auto volledig professioneel gedetailed, waarna er een glascoating is aangebracht. Dat zie je terug in de diepe lakglans, maar ook in het frisse en verzorgde interieur. De auto oogt simpelweg kloppend, zonder versleten details of rommelige gebruikssporen.
Ook het onderhoud is op orde en goed gedocumenteerd. In februari 2023 zijn bij een kilometerstand van 69.628 km de remschijven en remblokken rondom vervangen. De banden zijn eveneens recent: de voorbanden dateren uit 2024 en de achterbanden uit 2023, beide met uitstekend profiel. De laatste onderhoudsbeurt is uitgevoerd in februari 2024 bij 73.441 km, waarmee de auto klaar is voor zorgeloos rijden.
Bij de Cayman R wordt een uitgebreide documentatiemap geleverd waarin de onderhoudshistorie overzichtelijk is vastgelegd. Zelfs de originele aankoopfactuur van de eerste eigenaar is bewaard gebleven. Dit soort details onderstrepen het verzorgde verleden van de auto en maken dit exemplaar extra interessant voor de verzamelaar of serieuze liefhebber.
