Market-specific customer connectivity for the use of the App Center, hybrid radio and the Wi-Fi hotspot is provided free of charge for 4 years from activation (via data pass with limited data volume/data speed from country-specific contract partners).

The emergency call system supports the driver in the event of an accident, transmitting personal and vehicle-related data to the emergency call center as required. The service is automatically active in the vehicle for 10 years from delivery.

The hardware integrated in the vehicle supports 4G/5G NSA (non-standalone) technology. Insofar as services require connectivity via the integrated hardware, the availability of a 4G/5G NSA network is a prerequisite for their functioning.
