Porsche 718-series: for the sport of it

The Porsche 718 has been an integral part of the Porsche model programme since 2016. It is the successor of the Porsche Boxster and Porsche Cayman model. More specifically: the Porsche 718 consolidates both models within its very own product range.
On a sidenote, the name derives from the unique history of motorsports: in the late 1950s and 1960s, Porsche participated in the race in Le Mans and Formula 1 with this model. Today, indulging in and purchasing a Porsche 718 is not only reserved for motorsport fans.
