Description

A beautifully presented, Australian delivered, 1979 Porsche 930 911 Turbo Coupe finished in Silver Metallic (Z2) with a Platinum Grey leather interior. The 930 911 Turbo was produced between 1975 and 1989 - a truly iconic air-cooled Porsche model, known for its extreme performance, wide body, and "whale tail" spoiler. Affectionately known as the "widowmaker" it is widely regarded as Porsche's first true production turbocharged car - offering a 300hp 3.3L flat six engine, which is capable of propelling the car to 100km/h in 5.2secs. This vehicle was purchased by the current owner in 2019 and features matching numbers and a complete book set. During the current owners ownership, the interior has been completely re-trimmed and extensive mechanical restoration and maintenance has been undertaken, with meticulous records being kept. The perfect vehicle for a Porsche enthusiast. Contact us today to arrange a personalised inspection, during which our master technician can provide you an in depth inspection of the cars mechanicals. Interstate transport options available. Please note - vehicle is currently registered on historic plates, which will be cancelled at time of sale. Vehicle will be sold without stamp duty. New owner could apply for historic registration, which would avoid additional stamp duty charges.
